President's Day in the Capital City

What a beautiful spring day! We packed a lunch and drove to Washington, D.C. to visit the Air and Space Museum.

It was such a warm spring day that later that week when the weather was colder...Micaiah asked "Was it spring in Washington, D.C.?"

The boys had been learning about the solar system so they were so excited to visit the Air and Space Museum.

Of course we had to stop at the Natural History Museum. This picture is of Joshua at the Rhino exhibit. His first words were..."Hello Mr. Rhino, I'm so glad to see you!"
