These next two pictures are priceless and I'll tell you why...they were shot just as Eli realized that it was Wes that pulled in our driveway...this boy loves his Daddy as you can see by his face full of joy!

...just so you have an accurate picture...things aren't always this neat and tidy...

but he knows how to charm you with his ornery grin.

Happy 1st Birthday Eli!

Eli today...

Eli in October 2007...just 2 months old!

You have changed so much little one. It has been such a joy to watch you grow...your sheer delight in exploring God's creation reminds me to appreciate the little things in life! And those beautiful baby blues just melt my heart...I love you buddy!

The fascination...

with the solar system continues! We received "The Secrets of Space" Magic School Bus science kit in the mail and Micaiah couldn't wait to create the solar system mobile. Here he is painting planet Earth...

Sunday afternoon...

Eli took his first bike ride (with a little help of course)!

Poppy needed to do a long run so we decided to "chase" him...Joshua enjoyed chasing "Poppy" with Daddy...

...and as you can see Micaiah "caught" him!

Eli loved the ride for a little while....

but then all he wanted was some food and his crib!

Morning Fun...

with Rylan and Nick. Micaiah and Nick don't see one another very often...

but I think they made up for it on Friday evening and early Saturday morning. Here they are hoping Josh will return with the ride on tractor...

ahh...now it's our turn..."let's see if we can make this thing jump!"

Tate helped him "touch" the fish before they put it back in the water as Daddy and Aunt Shell look on.

and love each other well.

It was so encouraging to see them "spurring one another on" this weekend...my prayer is that this would continue throughout the coming years.
